Our Mission is to assist you discover inner peace and happiness through the application of meditation and Buddhist philosophy. With a consistent Meditation practice focusing on mindfulness and other techniques, one can train the mind to be in the present moment and achieve clarity by letting go of past regrets and future anxieties. With support and study, a deeper understanding and appreciation of the Buddhist Way of Life may be achieved.

Ven. Thittagalle Arunasiri

Bhante Arunasiri is a Sri Lankan Theravada Buddhist monk who joined recently with Leicester Dharmashoka Buddhist Vihara to serve the community with his Dhamma Experience.

Ven. Viharagala Kusala

Venerable Viharagala Kusala Thero is deputy monk at the Leicester Dharmashoka Buddhist Vihara since July 2017. He received his novice ordination in 2004 at the age of 11.
